Refund & Return Policy

Returns (EU Customers)
In accordance with European Union law, customers in the EU have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns (Non-EU/USA Customers)
For customers in the United States and other regions, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at zerion.ring@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
